All is needed is one man with a conscience and he has appeared. 

Rep. David Obey of Wisconsin, Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee said recently (NYT, Oct. 3, 2007) that he has no intention to report a supplemental bill for $200 billion out of his committee to maintain the status quo in Iraq.

It is over. The war is over.
